Aesthetic Press - Susan Choroszewski

Susan Choroszewski's passion for art began in her teens when she inherited her late grandmother's oil painting set. As a student at Queens College (CUNY), she had the good fortune of studying with master watercolorist Barse Miller—a plein air artist of the California School.

Susan accumulated over 30 art credits while earning her BA and MS degrees in Elementary Education. She has taught elementary school in New York City for 13 years before moving to New Jersey in the 1980s; she has also acquired NJ Teaching Certificaton and is currently a substitute teacher and aide for Branchburg Township School District.

For 20 years, Susan has been teaching private and small group art lessons for children in her home. She is also a faculty member of The Jointure (Community Eduction in Somerset County, NJ) and the Somerset Art Association in Bedminster, NJ.

Susan's watercolors have been exhibited in group shows in New York and New Jersey. Greeting cards and giclee prints of her artwork are available through Aesthetic Press and select gift shops and galleries in New Jersey.
